Cultivation of mammalian cells and storage of cell banks including carrying out sterility and mycoplasma tests
Preparation and execution of expressions of therapeutic proteins in various processing methods using shake flasks and bioreactors
Application of various harvesting methods to obtain products from cell culture supernatant from production processes
Productivity and quality-related analyzes to characterize the expression products and metabolites in cell culture supernatant using molecular biology methods
Assuming general laboratory organization tasks and equipment responsibilities
Documentation in the electronic laboratory notebook
Evaluation, interpretation and graphical representation of the measurement data as well as presentation of the results obtained in internal meetings
Creation of specification documents and reports
Scientific-technical assistant (e.g. BTA, CTA, MTA, PTA) or Bachelor of Science, ideally with professional experience in industry
Safe use of cell culture and molecular biology methods
Knowledge of production with mammalian cells is desirable
Strong quality awareness with regard to the planning, implementation and documentation of the assigned development work
Independence and flexibility when working on applied and research-specific questions
Strong team player who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration
Good knowledge of English and German and a confident use of common laboratory software and MS Office
