Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, business IT, etc, experience in managing cross-functional IT projects, preferably experience from life science companies, and minimum 5 years of experience with international IT projects that include external partners or vendors.

You should also have experience with waterfall and agile projects and a well-assorted project management toolbox, strong decision-making, and assertive leadership style, and fluency in spoken and written English.
