Business Planning: Establishing or refining product positioning in the marketplace and develop pricing strategies.
Market Work: Identify new market opportunities through new product development, inorganic growth, or open innovation initiatives. Execute market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify unmet customer needs. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing services.
Portfolio Plan: Creating and maintaining the portfolio(s) plan. Informs marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the marketplace.
Business Unit Planning: Actively participating in the development of the annual BU plan, bringing together portfolio-specific dynamics with market trends, and proposing tactics and positioning to win
Qualifications
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related life science discipline
Multiple years of combined experience in practical bioprocess applications, marketing, product management or sales in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Expert understanding of the bioprocessing industry and associated workflows
MBA is beneficial
Experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects.
