Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.
  • Utilizes Agilent’s eCommerce services sales platform
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Carries team and individual quota
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or equivalent in science and/or business field highly preferred; may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training, and validated experience
  • 1+ year(s) experience as a sales representative or related role
  • 1+ year(s) of selling Agilent services preferred
  • Ability to translate the value proposition of service as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High-level knowledge of instrument support services business
  • Available for up to 10% business travel
