Description
  • Managing day-to-day site search/merchandising to best present products and promotions to maximise site and product conversion
  • Uploading and optimizing products, categories and landing pages on the 3 E-Commerce sites
  • Assisting in the development of, and help execute the E-Commerce and SEO strategy to drive sales, engagement, and conversion
  • Support the development of SEO and SEM campaigns by optimising copy and other metadata
  • Managing and analyse weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insights on customer patterns and behaviours to learn, improve, and achieve team and business KPI’s and improve marketing tactics
  • Perform detailed daily website checks, reporting any issues with urgency and making fast and accurate updates where necessary
  • Showcase promotional content onsite in support of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for usability improvements, new features and site enhancements ensuring E-Commerce journeys are positioned to convert
  • Support in managing online projects, from coordinating the input of various stakeholders to briefing the relevant teams for execution and testing
  • Assist with the development roadmap, log tickets, plan sprints and undertake User Acceptance Testing
  • Maintain onsite search settings, report on search activity, and continually work to optimise the search experience
  • Maintain open communication with the Consumer Care team to ensure a positive customer experience is priority
  • Set up and utilise A/B testing to continually optimize the E-Commerce experience
  • Assist with internal Click & Collect queries
  • Ad hoc projects and queries as required

Qualifications
  • You are a self-starter who brings enthusiasm and a positive approach. You are interested in E-Commerce and possess 1 year experience with online promotions
  • Organisational skills with the ability to work quickly to short deadlines. You are fast at decision making and have the analytical mindset to problem-solve
  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results
  • Solid understanding of E-Commerce metrics and analytics data
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
  • You are agile, flexible, and able to pivot from brand to brand and from idea to idea
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn about new technology
  • Relevant digital tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Experience with CMS (BigCommerce, Shopify Plus or Magento) systems will be looked upon favourably
  • An understanding of data related to E-Commerce performance
  • Experience using Google Analytics or AdWords will be highly regarded
  • Basic HTML and copywriting skills are desirable
  • Good at Prioritising. You understand the nature of prioritising and how to continue on with larger-scale digital projects whist managing day-to-day ecommerce tasks
