Accountable for Biopharma accounts assigned to strengthen Cytiva’s position by working with key customer stakeholders. Develop strategic account, grow the existing customer base and build close customer relationships. Managing opportunities in all assigned accounts by qualifying leads and driving funnel movement
Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & orders at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through the successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities that are relevant to this account.
Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.
Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed
Develop solution selling strategies to achieve maximum footprint with good commercial acumen, customer orientation, and market intelligence
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent with more than 3 years of working experience in sales including strategic selling and negotiation sales is required. Familiarity with Biopharmaceutical and Genomic Medicine process.
An individual with a proven track record of commercial exposure, business development, and customer engagement is desired. Dynamic and results-oriented individual with the ability to adapt to change, energize, develop, and build rapport within organization and customers. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
Team player embracing collaboration with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive a solutions-based sales approach. Proven customer acumen and relationship-building skills in a Life sciences/Bioprocess environment
Occasional travel when required to attend business meetings. Highly motivated, organized and results-driven driven in a remote work arrangement.
