Description
- Ensure production process running with desired Yield(%),A%T, Quality & Safety parameters
- Responsible for Manpower planning & deployment on the respective machines with multiskilling criteria
- Responsible for quality & safety during running of hard capsule machines
- Responsible for adherence of SOPs on the shop floor
- Responsible for conducting trainings as per calendar, multiskilling & skill enhancement of shop floor colleagues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet plant KPIs of Safety, Quality, Production/Plant Yield(%),waste control measures, Machine performance(A%T)
- Ensure Production planning includes batch records, order planning, Dish washes, Color/Size change
- Ensure seamless coordination with cross functional team during rotation shift handling
- Conduct performance review meetings with shift colleagues & comprehensive shift handover at shift change
- Lead by example during working in shifts.
Qualifications
- Degree in B.tech/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Diploma.
- A work experience of between 5 years to 10 years in the similar role.
- Good Communication skills.
- Pharmaceutical Capsule experience.
