Professionally increase visibility and awareness of company’s products to healthcare professionals and ensure aligning to pharmaceutical code of conduct.
Develop territory and build strong business relationship with the key customers, key opinion leaders to maximize access of medicine/vaccines to patients, measured by sales and market share of assigned territory.
Develop deep professional, industry, disease and product knowledge.
Align with marketing’s tactical plans to drive brand value messages and share of voice
Ensure sales strategy execution based on territory management plan to meet sales target.
Employ omnichannel engagement strategies in managing customers
Prioritize pre-call planning for effective sales call and to meet daily sales call requirement.
Plan and execute sales activities to elevate healthcare professionals’ understanding and knowledge of Takeda’s products.
Accurately and timely submission of sales call, activities and territory expenses reports.
High awareness and constant reporting of competitor activities, their areas of strengths & weaknesses
Propose actions/sharing of best practice (if applicable) during team meetings
Demonstrate business acumen through ability to develop/execute assigned sales plans or activities in the assigned territories or target customers to achieve desired results
Attend company-sponsored meetings.
Qualifications
Preferably possess a degree of pharmacy or medical science or any science discipline.
Preferably with 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates with vaccines background will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good business acumen
