Develop and maintain the technical architecture blueprint for the integration between SAP SD and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy and business objectives.
Analyze and assess the impact of new business requirements on the integration, recommending appropriate technical solutions.
Design and implement technical solutions for SAP SD to Salesforce integration, including data mapping, synchronization, and workflow automation.
Data Integration:
Develop and maintain data mapping rules and schemas to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between SAP SD and Salesforce.
Design and implement integration processes for real-time or batch data synchronization, considering performance and scalability requirements.
API Development:
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs or other integration interfaces to enable seamless communication between SAP SD and Salesforce.
Ensure API security and performance standards are met.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SAP SD to Salesforce integration, ensuring system stability and performance.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the integration, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Qualifications
12-15 years of experience in SAP, with minimum 5 years of experience as SAP SD Technical Architect or a similar role.
Deep understanding of SAP SD functionality, including sales orders, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and returns.
Strong technical skills, including ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, and integration technologies (e.g., BAPI, RFC, Web services).
Knowledge in Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools is highly preferred.
