Description
- Be responsible for the commercial planning cycle, which includes market insights, strategic planning, execution analysis, sales forecasts and required promotional activities.
- Provide leadership of the sales and marketing team and broader cross functional stakeholders to achieve financials targets, company scorecard, market access timelines and strategic deliverables.
- Empower with your leadership style so that you encourage innovation, autonomous thinking, bold perspectives, and a constructive working culture.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- You will be an experienced leader in the development and management of high-performing teams.
- Demonstrate commercial pharmaceutical experience at a senior level.
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
- Master of Business Administration.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in science, Business, or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- Must be based in Australia.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 2 days per week in our Sydney office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
- Candidates must have full Work Rights in Australia.
