Responsible for managing the customer relationship specific to PharmaLicense engagements.
Must have thorough understanding of client's business model making targeted recommendations for licensing and cross-functional Two Labs services.
Stay up to date on trends in both the pharmaceutical industry and state licensing and how they impact client's operations and needs
Lead engagement kick-off presentations with client team
Identify additional business opportunities as a result of client business changes
Responsible for developing licensing project strategy and timeline and holding client accountable to targeted deadlines
Maintain accurate billing information for all clients to ensure revenue integrity
Lead all client communications including weekly, bi-weekly or monthly calls, agendas, meeting minutes and presentations summarizing project progress for clients
Provide timely communication and share relevant information across other business units concurrently engaged with client
Meet state deadlines to ensure clients do not incur disciplinary action and/or fines
Apply critical and strategic thinking when faced with compliance roadblocks, complex strategies or when resolving state deficiencies
Contribute to overall Team Revenue/Operating Margin goals; maintaining renewal clients and identifying business change engagements
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating proposals and corresponding contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Maintain accurate financial information across all projects to ensure revenue integrity
Manage internal meetings with project stakeholders, providing client project progress with impact to timeline
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
3+ years' account management experience
Strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients with competing priorities and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; SharePoint and Salesforce preferred
Project management, sales operations, and/or training experience desired
