Description
- To develop the annual marketing plan & strategy with KPIs for business & patient’s better outcomes based on comprehensive market & brand analysis
- To adapt and develop promotional activities & tactics for enhancing brand awareness & key clinical advantages to build strong brand positioning
- To collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute product strategies.
- To lead the regular sales & MKT meeting for business analysis & improvement with KPI & performance update
- To conduct field visits in order to stay updated on market trends and needs & KOL management
- To provide training to the Medical Representatives on a regular basis
- To conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Planning & Management of Brand budget & expense
- Forecasting orders of products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.(Bio Science or Pharmacy Preferred)
- More than 7:10 years experience in Marketing in a pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Customer Focus & KOL management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
