Description
  • To develop the annual marketing plan & strategy with KPIs for business & patient’s better outcomes based on comprehensive market & brand analysis
  • To adapt and develop promotional activities & tactics for enhancing brand awareness & key clinical advantages to build strong brand positioning
  • To collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute product strategies.
  • To lead the regular sales & MKT meeting for business analysis & improvement with KPI & performance update
  • To conduct field visits in order to stay updated on market trends and needs & KOL management
  • To provide training to the Medical Representatives on a regular basis
  • To conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Planning & Management of Brand budget & expense
  • Forecasting orders of products
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.(Bio Science or Pharmacy Preferred)
  • More than 7:10 years experience in Marketing in a pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Customer Focus & KOL management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
