Sales & Marketing Activities Business Achievements:
Drive the business for Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Industry.
Maximize the sales and profit to achieve company target.
Initiate, set the clear plan for short term and long term and drive and execute the business plan to reach company target.
Monitoring working capital and increase profitability.
Develops and manages the sales forecast process that meet the business requirement.
Coordinate with related function i.e IMM, Technical team, Supply chain, Customer service etc, for effectiveness result.
Monitors and controls stock position and debtors, ensures a proper inventory level of all products assigned.
Sales Activities:
Take responsible to handle Key Customer i.e., GKA/RKA/LKA.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate in key customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and keep updated of Project Pipeline.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and updated reports in CRM System.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales by connecting with the customer to input Forecast Accuracy.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Business Development & Supplier Management:
Key Driver the project development for Key Suppliers and other value suppliers in Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Industry.
Generates and keeps updating marketing plans for relevant products in full cooperation with suppliers.
Strengthens long-term relationship and align the strategy to achieve the target with existing key business partners to expand products/market portfolio.
Initiates regular market surveys in the related industries to monitor trends as well as identify a new business opportunity.
Develops the business through new opportunity and ensure the maximum sales and profit growth achieved.
Others:
Perform other activities as may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
Experience: At least 5 years in sales & marketing in Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Business
