Responds to inquiries from customers and dealer engineers via telephone and email.
Provide training to customers and dealer engineers.
Customers are mainly pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers throughout Japan.
Ability to communicate with internal and external parties directly and indirectly as required.
Working experience and application knowledge of ion chromatography.
General PC knowledge.
English proficiency to the extent that manuals can be read. May need to contact overseas factories in English.
