Drive, execute, and deliver Salesforce/Fieldforce related activities, such as segmentation, goal/target setting, territory alignment, call planning, sales crediting, incentive compensation, and payroll processes for all therapeutic areas.
Proactively investigate plans in deep dive to share ideas, suggestions, and insights with the business and leadership for healthy engagement.
Independently take on new adhoc tasks in line with frontline activities to help improve business and insource external spending on these portfolios.
Experience in project management, stakeholder management, Data Ingestion, reporting and Metrics Computation and Reconciliation.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s/Master’s/Engineering Degree from a well-recognized institute.
2+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with consulting experience being a must.
Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) capabilities, such as segmentation, targeting, call planning, territory alignments/deployment, goal setting, and incentive compensation, in the pharma domain.
Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, and a strong hold on Microsoft Office products.
Working level knowledge of IQVIA databases, MIDAS datasets, BI tools, various pharma datasets, and Tableau.
Knowledge of statistics tools and Javelin systems.
