Lead the project to develop and implement the global governance model for Cytiva L&D, in collaboration with the HR leadership and the LMS system owners (process and system).
Build and maintain a strategic L&D project funnel.
Lead projects according to our Milestone/Tollgate based methodology, including key elements of project management: Project scope definition, Resource planning, Cost & Risk Management, Project schedule, Communication & Change Management.
Project lead the development and implementation of high-priority development programs & initiatives, ensuring they align with scope, budget, and schedule.
Foster close collaboration with subject matter experts and project members to ensure projects outcomes meet the identified needs.
Assess L&D procedures and systems - suggest strategies for simplification, standardization, and improvement to enhance the learner's experience, validating these recommendations with relevant data points , functional requirements, and business case.
Collaborate with the L&D network in the organization to drive synergy, facilitate learning, and best practice sharing across the broader L&D community.
Mentor and enhance project management competencies within the L&D team, emphasizing general project management principles, visual project management, and daily operational management.
Qualifications
Experience with setting up or working within a governance model.
Experience in a corporate learning and development setting.
Keen interest in L&D: learning theories, assessments, and evaluation methods, as well as Adult Learning Principles and innovative learning strategies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification.
Experience and proven track record in project Management of corporate-wide, cross-functional processes and programs from initial scoping to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Experience in DBS tools & techniques for processes to drive tangible improvements.
Excellent communicator & experience with stakeholder management
Strong organizational skills, an unwavering attention to detail and commitment to high Say/Do ratio.
