Description
- Lead the development of scientific communication strategy, evidence generation, and publication strategy
- Develop affiliate Thrombosis medical plans, partnering with the leadership team to execute a local strategic medical plan
- Empower and lead the Thrombosis MSLs team, fostering innovation and successful implementation of medical activities
- Create a motivating environment that drives individuals to achieve higher performance levels
- Oversee the development of thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine at local, regional, and national levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical/Marketing/Market Access) in local brand plan development
- Manage the Italian medical budget and monitor expenses
- Drive local scientific activities, including congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and promotional material development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, engage with stakeholders, and influence global medical strategy
Qualifications
- Degree in scientific fields such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and specifically in Medical Affairs roles
- Strong expertise in thrombosis, vascular medicine
- Experience in oncology is also highly desirable
- Fluency in both Italian and English
