Ensure market segmentation activities are executed prior to product launching
Understanding of the Rheumatic disease burden and development of Rheumatic disease burden model – focused on Mitral disease
Assist in the APAC Surgical Strat Plan/AOP assisting Mkt Dir/Bus Dir
Assist in develop “Value Dossier” to assist in the Self Paid markets in APAC
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or equivalent with minimum of 12 years of professional experience with excellent business and strategy development and hands-on Sales, Marketing, and Commercial areas in Medical device, Pharmaceutical and Lifesciences/Healthcare industry.

Excellent knowledge and experience in market research projects, consolidating internal thoughts to compose RFP, assess external market research companies, incorporate findings from market research to 'make the market' with long term plan.
Expert understanding and interpretation of complicated market dynamics, identify and quantify market potential, build business case with both business and financial analysis skills.
Able to work in a matrix environment.
Strong business acumen and analytic mindset.
Good team player, self-motivated, result oriented, problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills.

Proven expertise on MS Office Suite and other relevant tools and applications preferred.
