Work with Supply Chain and all relevant stakeholders, ensuring goods arrive on time to meet customer’s required delivery date.
Creating all relevant SOP pertaining to the processes
Check all incoming customers PO and process them timely via SAP
Drive billings by managing all back orders to ensure completion and on-time delivery
Able to identify, review with customer on the cause of complaint and making sound decision for reverse logistics including but not limited to returned and defective products to Logistics Centre, provide credit note or replacement to customers accordingly, etc
Contribute to continuous quality improvements to ensure business compliance
Time-to-time to analyse and review the work processes, giving ideas for improvement and efficiency
Able to think out of the box and take ownership of customers’ issues and give resolutions
Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction (internal and external)
Able to interact professionally with both internal and external customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education: At least Diploma / bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experiences: 5 to 7 years’ experiences in applicable customer service /support
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative and result oriented
