Description
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product.
  • Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies.
  • Ensures marketing materials adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with salesforce (HSPs), providing clear market direction and guidelines.
  • Develop critical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other allied healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams, particularly collaborate with the Medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plans to make sure the brand strategy alignment.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Biology/Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in the Oncology market is preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical iandustry.
