Lead Medical Affairs Strategies: You will create and manage medical plans for Allegra/Telfast and Cenovis, making sure they align with our overall brand and business goals.
Define Brand Approach: You will develop strategies to increase the medical value of our brands, setting clear priorities for local teams to follow.
Evidence Generation: You will lead projects like real-world evidence (RWE) studies and clinical trials to support the claims about our brands.
Coordinate Medical Events: You will organize and lead medical events and education activities for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your zone and in Vietnam.
Foster Team Development: You will build a strong team by promoting learning, sharing best practices, and improving skills across the zone.
Promote Scientific Innovation: You will support scientific innovation and help create medical plans for our brands at both global and local levels.
Ensure Medical Governance: You will ensure that medical activities follow company and industry standards and manage the budget for your zone's medical projects.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Medical doctor, pharmacist or PHD holder. preferably 5 years' experience or more, including extensive management roles and global function experience across multiple regions or key countries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, R&D processes, and consumer healthcare regulations. Familiarity with Korea consumer health environments is a must.
Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Korean speaking is a plus
