Requirements* :
A law degree from a reputable institution with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the CRO and CDMO Industry or Indian pharmaceutical industry.
Sound knowledge in pharma regulatory filed, globally.
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in advising key stakeholders on complex legal issues related to vendor contracts.
