Coordination of global standalone feasibility projects: Support the feasibility strategy leader in standalone feasibility to coordinate project system set up and maintenance, survey management, project finance management, survey result analysis and report drafting.
Support for feasibility analysis for pre-award proposals and bid pursuit meeting preparations: Perform historical clinical trial data analysis through internal and external databases, carry out preliminary site list generation from Parexel’s internal databases and analysis of data from publications as needed. Support the pre-award team to provide site level visualizations for proposal slides.
Augmented feasibility services - Coordinate the conduct of augmented feasibility services in collaboration with the feasibility strategy leaders including abbreviated investigator surveys and key opinion leader interview.
Strategic feasibility therapy area leadership support - support strategic feasibility therapy area (TA) initiatives of creating site networks in Parexel’s internal database, carry out analysis to support case study developments and other analysis to support department wise feasibility initiatives.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or other sciences or an experienced professional with up to 2 years of work experience. Ideal for a candidate who would like to have a steppingstone into the clinical trial industry.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English
A minimum of intermediate skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
A hybrid working arrangement can be considered after 3-6 months of working
