Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships.
Benchmark industry standard processes and continuously advance procurement capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; MBA desirable. CPM preferred.
10 + years’ industry-related experience including five years in a sourcing leadership role.
Proficiency in leading a distributed team within a matrixed environment.
Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
In-depth knowledge of sophisticated contracting and pricing models across Professional services categories.
Ability to work and get results in ambiguous and complex situations.
Seasoned negotiator with strong negotiation skills, vendor relationship management, and contract negotiation experience.
Strong project management skills to drive projects to closure.
