Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Kroger Biscuit Account Manager to define and implement digital commerce Flywheel competencies for Mondelez products across Kroger's digital commerce platforms to deliver on digital specific KPI’s (Sales Budget, Consumption growth, Category Share etc).
Customer Activation: Lead the development and execution of customer activation plans to drive online sales and engagement, ensuring Mondelez brands are prominently featured and optimized for digital commerce channels.
eCommerce Channel Growth: Identify growth opportunities within Kroger's digital commerce landscape and develop initiatives to maximize sales and market share including route optimization to market (minimum order quantities, service strategies).
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize online sales and customer experience.
Content Management: Partner with the Shopper Marketing and Digital Commerce teams in the creation and maintenance of high-quality product content, images, and descriptions to ensure Mondelez products are presented effectively on Kroger's digital platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely and influence internal teams, including Digital Commerce and Commercial Planning & Insights teams for best practice knowledge sharing, brick & mortar customer team, Shopper Marketing, and Supply Chain, to align strategies, promotions, and product launches with Kroger's eCommerce initiatives.
Promotion and Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital promotions, campaigns, and advertising initiatives to boost online sales and drive customer engagement.
Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget effectively, ensuring ROI on digital commerce activities and campaigns.
Retailer Relationship: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Kroger, including category managers, Ocado operations, eCommerce teams, and merchandising teams. In support of building new digital first operations and processes.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and performance updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Including monitoring of average selling price to ensure alignment with B&M, finance & RGM to deliver on organizational price pack architecture strategies.
