Will support the mentoring and training of other PM’s in the group and Project Coordinators as needed and may train other functions in PM process and activities.
May support or lead PM teams, cross site teams or functional teams in Department, Site or Global PM projects, activities and initiatives.
To promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the job: Coordination with sales, operations, client services, and QA to ensure the highest level of client service.
Will manage projects that may reside within single or multiple business lines or sites as assigned.
Act as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to Customer questions and observations.
Preparation and management of a Project Plan to meet required milestones.
Lead meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion.
Deliver the project within agreed upon timeline and budget.

Qualifications
Science Degree and/or apprenticeship or 1-6+ years of equivalent work experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries is required
Working knowledge of Project Management is preferred.
Excellent client facing skills – desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Proven communication skills – written and verbal.
Leadership, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills.
