Manage data flow and integration services for clinical data inputs including EDC, SAS, Safety DB, CTMS, IRT, as well as Competitive Intelligence, Medical claims into data stores.
Lead development of data governance, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence roadmap and create global capabilities.
Be an integral part of cross functional teams on projects and/or programs with aims to systematically derive insights that drive substantial business value for BeiGene and our patients.
Recognize business needs and proposing potential analytical approaches for solutions.
Creating prototypes and demonstrations to better access and utilize data assets.
Execute enterprise-grade best practices related to system development, architecture and data governance.
Lead application administration (user support, enhancement, maintenance) of analytical and data workflow tools (Posit/RStudio, Spotfire, Databricks, Azure, AWS)
Assure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
Ad hoc projects and analysis would be a standing 10-20% of the role
Qualifications
8+ years’ experience providing system and data integration services.
3+ years’ experience providing customer service and system maintenance.
2+ years’ experience leading a software development team.
2+ years experience contributing to an enterprise data governance framework.
1+ years experience contributing to Master Data Management enabled solutions.
Capable of understanding a broad array of industry-relevant development systems including clinical trial management systems, EDC/safety gateway, coding systems, BI frameworks.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate risk.
BS with 8+ years’ experience or MS with 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/CRO experience
