Description
- Partner with Affiliate GMs on Commercial Operations to drive lead and lag commercial outcomes, leading to business improvement with higher customer/ consumer focus
- Partner with Affiliate teams to identify Business acceleration opportunities (NPIs, GTM, CRM, Digital, Distribution, Price, Pack, SF Expansion etc.) leveraging best practice across countries
- Drive Area RLBE submissions with market/ share forecasts, sales overview and phasing basis market dynamics/ other facts in partnership with VP/ DVP/ Finance and Marketing teams
- Support VP/ DVP in preparation of Business Reviews (STBs, P2XB etc.) and other ad-hoc reviews
- Lead Long-Term Planning and other Strategic projects for Area leveraging meta-view of whitespace opportunities (Penetration/ Consumption/ Execution)
- Re-inforce cultural change in the organization - measurement mindset and fact-based decision making
- Leverage existing datasets (primary/ secondary) to develop a single view of the business and acts as a brain to uncover “so-what” actions
- Ensuring the better alignment with Division Analytics/ Insight/Marketing team in terms of forecasting, best practice frameworks, ROI requirements etc
- Act as partner in affiliate meetings (Demand/ S&OP) to the review of volume/ value perf. and drivers to assure there's clear understanding on market/ brand/ customer/ consumer understanding
- Partner with ETH/ Trade/ Marketing team in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of business levers, uncovering opportunities of higher ROI
- Leads the coaching, development and career progression of team members
