Effective inventory management of safety kits and spill kits across different customer sites
Regular testing and verification of safety showers, eye showers, AED, etc.
Management of SCBA equipment, coordinating with customer’s external service provider for service and renewal as per established schedule
Constant communication with Environment, Heath and Safety manager of each customer site
Proactive customer service to maintain contract adherence
Monthly KPI reporting
Frequent interaction with Avantor Major Accounts Manager to ensure regular communication on customer feedback
Demonstrate Avantor’s mission and uphold the Avantor Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Completion of a University diploma or certificate in a related field such as Occupational Health & Safety, Inventory Management, Administration or Sciences
Minimum 2-years previous experience in a pharma, laboratory or production environment
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
High level of customer service skills with the ability to always display a professional can-do attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals.
Must be flexible, forward- thinking, motivated, and have the confidence to solve problems independently.
Conform to all customer requirements for background checks, safety issues, security clearances and medical checkups.
Perform other duties, as required, with the highest regard for safety and quality.
