U.S. Renal Care, the fastest-growing dialysis provider in the nation and the industry leader in clinical quality and patient experience, is proud to announce a new employee benefit program supporting frontline team members in becoming future nephrology nurses. Taking its name from Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing, The Nightingale Program goes above and beyond traditional tuition reimbursement and helps team members overcome common hurdles experienced when returning to school, or enrolling for the first time, while maintaining full-time employment.

Designed to meet the needs of caregivers providing dialysis services, The Nightingale Program prepays tuition costs for in-network schools, alleviating the burden of upfront out-of-pocket costs, and provides career coaches who offer 1:1 support to its participants. Recognizing the challenges that come with balancing work, education, and daily life commitments, The Nightingale Program also offers a special paid time-off bank to those pursuing a nursing degree, allowing enrolled employees the flexibility to attend classes, study, and manage their professional and personal responsibilities without having to use their existing paid time off.

"The investment we've made in our team members through The Nightingale Program is unprecedented," said Sharon Brunecz, Chief Human Resources Officer. "This program was carefully designed to help our team members thrive in their careers, while enabling them to continue delivering exceptional care to their patients. Nightingale reflects U.S. Renal Care's commitment to empowering and supporting our outstanding clinical care providers."
