The role is to assist Brenntag Asia-Pacific QSHE Leader in ensuring product and/or service meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.


  • Lead regional quality teams by functional responsibility to ensure that regional management and process owners develop and maintain their part of Brenntag Asia-Pacific’s overall quality management system and compliance in line with Global QSHE Strategy, that ensure solid quality performance and product integrity:
  • Policies, Guidelines, SOPs, Quality Management standards
  • Auditing Systems (incl. Life Science Warehouse Compliance)
  • Supplier Evaluation and Approval Process Design
  • Quality Management related Crisis Management and Certification Schemes
  • Information Ownership on Document Management System
  • Process Ownership of Quality Management related KPIs and Performance Improvements Strategy
  • Information Ownership of Quality Management related Fields/Attributes in Master Data Governance
  • Support Global Key Accounts in terms of Quality related Topics (Quality Agreements, Supplier/Customer Audits, FMEA Analysis etc)
  • Develop Regional quality roadmap in-line with corporate strategy to support business goals
  • Evaluate Adequacy of Quality Assurance Standards
  • Review Implementation and Efficiency of Quality and Inspection Systems
  • Data Analysis to Identify Areas for Improvement in the Quality System


  • Recognized Degree
  • Experience 5+ years in quality (preference QA management role) or related function
  • Exposure to quality, chemical, manufacturing, or supply chain is desired
  • Experience in multinational company environment
  • Knowledge Quality Management
  • Product Steward, Compliance, Regulatory Management
  • Quality Assurance tools, concepts, and methodologies
  • Data analysis tools and statistical processes
  • ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 21001, Food Safety, Pharma
