Co-ordinate the industrial and infrastructure resources needed to implement industrial processes
Work with related (internal/external) stakeholders in order to ensure the necessary skills matrix and the development of the projects
Define and oversee the implementation of industrialisation projects, from the definition of the technical requirements to the implementation to the final qualificaiton of the projects
Lead and supervise the implementation of new manufacturing processes
Propose technical and innovative solutions by ensuring “technological watch"
Conduct and participate in industrial transfers
Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Engineering or Technical subject
Experiences
At least 5 ~ 10 years relevant proven experiences within operations environment
Deep knowledge of technical aspects (automatisation, industrial maintenance)
Experiences in bio/pharmaceutical operation will be highly required
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge about industrial process flow of bio/pharmaceutical operation
Proven skills in project management and related software
Effective & strong leadership skills, inspiring teams
