Lead end to end recruitment activities for Pfizer Commercial and PGS (Pfizer Global Supply) across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment between Global TA standards.
Work with all stakeholders as a trusted advisor within the business and local HR to build a talent acquisition strategy aimed at delivering the resources required by the business across all business units whilst providing coaching to hiring managers.
Develop a specific local Employee Value Proposition for the business that is aligned to the global Pfizer EVP.
Develop a strong relationship with hiring managers and maintain close and regular contact to ensure continued alignment and monitor progress to plan.
Create Talent Pipelines by proactively creating strategic sourcing techniques.
Identify talent acquisition issues and develop corrective action plans quickly and communicate transparently with the business and HR.
Identify the most appropriate use of University recruitment to the business.
Implement and manage internship programs where possible.
Develop and fulfill metrics that support the local business objectives and maintain close monitoring and reporting for the purposes of TA improvements.
Continually seek to share best practice across the TA function and proactively support recruitment across the cluster in order to achieve the goals of the wider business as needed.
Develop a culture of ownership and accountability with a high emphasis on hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
Participate in projects across the global TA organization.
Implement modern tools in TA function as per global plan and local market requirements aligned with business and HR strategies.
Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Manage onboarding support groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Science, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years relevant work experience.
Demonstrated internal or recruitment agency experience within Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences or relevant industries.
Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting
Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing and presentation skills including a demonstrated ability to prepare documents using clear and concise language, to organise information logically and include content appropriate and adaptive for purpose and audience.
Highly developed organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, including a proven ability to support/co-ordinate projects.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time.
Strong relationship building skills.
A good understanding of technology and innovative solutions within the TA environment.
Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
