Description
Proposal process:
- Proactively participate in brainstorming sessions with team
- Evaluate the client’s objectives and support the team in developing proposals for clients that address the “Central Question”
- Partner with Operations to obtain quotations
Project management:
- Facilitate regular communication with project team and partners
- Manage day-to-day execution of the study in the best and most cost-effective way
- Responsible for project scheduling and managing change effectively
- Create project related research materials including screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides
Analysis / Reporting:
- Develop an analysis plan / storyboard including table specs, content analysis forms
- Analyse findings and generate insights and recommendations to meet client needs
- Responsible for timely, accurate and quality deliverables
- Support in client presentations
Development of Client relationships:
- Manage and develop the client relationship, provide the highest level of client service
- Consistently exceed client expectations
Leadership, team and people management:
- Provide on the job training for junior team members
- Take responsibility for their own learning & development
- Promote team spirit and collaboration.
Qualifications
- At least 2 – 3 years market research experience with market research agency
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of market research methodologies in order to develop the research solutions for clients
- Ability to convert data and insights to tell a meaningful story
